This outstanding urban renewal project resulted in the ideal blend of quality of life, convenience and comfort. The project renovated and rebuilt an old residential structure in the heart of one of the city’s most sought-after urban neighborhoods while ensuring that it continues blending harmoniously into its serene surroundings.

What did
we do?

We fully reinforced the building and gave it a face lift by expanding
each apartment, adding open spaces and safe rooms, installing
elevators and constructing an elegant lobby in the building. In addition
to the existing apartments, we also added 9 new apartments on 2.5
additional floors.
