Demolition of the building on 2 Gedalya Street and construction of a  new building on the same lot while actively preserving the historical  adjacent structure on 8 Miriam Hachashmona’it Street. In the course of this mixed-use project, we upgraded 20 existing
apartments and added another 90 new apartments in 2 prestigious 10-  story towers over a ground level of commercial space and expansive public areas.
