We reinforced and renovated the building, expanding and renovating current apartments to encompass an attractive contemporary layout and design, safe room, and private stores and storage rooms. We also added a stately lobby and installed modern elevators to the building while constructing an additional 2½ floors and adding 9 apartments to the building.
